Refund Policy

Talk FDA subscriptions are available for individuals, teams, and enterprises. Before completing your purchase, please review our refund policy to understand how refunds work for each plan.


1. Solo Pass (Monthly & Annual)

  • All Solo Pass purchases are final and non-refundable. Access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.


2. Business Plus (Monthly & Annual)

  • Monthly Plan: Non-refundable once billed. Access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

  • Annual Plan: Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of purchase. After 10 days, no refunds will be issued.


3. Enterprise Plus (Custom Pricing)

  • Enterprise subscriptions are customized agreements. Refund terms, if applicable, will be defined in the contract at the time of purchase.

  • Unless otherwise agreed, Enterprise plans are non-refundable once billed.


4. Misuse & Malpractice

  • Any misuse of Talk FDA content, including piracy, unauthorized sharing, multiple logins from different users, or redistribution of course materials - will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

  • Accounts found violating our Terms of Use may be suspended or permanently cancelled.


5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (when eligible), please email info@talkfda.com with your order details. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
